As a trained Reading Recovery Teacher, Early Years Literacy Coordinator and whole school Literacy Leader, Andrea is able to work with teachers to develop their understandings and skills.

Andrea's current school based experience enables her to present and coach with the focus on improving classroom and school literacy programs.

• Literacy tasks to engage students in the reading and writing process
• Developing Additional Assistance programs for students including Individual Learning Plans.

In 2007 Andrea worked with school based literacy leaders across Victoria. During the three day program she supported the leaders to use online literacy resources to plan literacy programs for their classrooms and whole school program.
